IUCr Grants

International Union of Crystallography (www.iucr.org) provides grants in order to support young and early career scientist to participate in the meeting. In order to apply for the grant please sent the following documents to Tatiana Gorelik (tatiana.gorelik@helmholtz-hips.de):

o   A motivation letter (1)

o   A supporting letter from your supervisor

o   A document confirming your "young scientist" status (2)

(1) A short CV where you indicate your crystallographic background, interest in electron crystallography and if you already published in IUCr journals.

(2) Young scientists are graduate students, post-graduate students or post-doctoral fellows with a maximum age of 30 (exceptionally 35). Participants outside this age group may be considered Early Career scientists and are eligible to receive awards provided they are graduate students, post-graduate students, post-doctoral fellows or within five (5) years of receiving a graduate degree.
